GENERAL INFORMATON

We send orders on weekdays from Monday to Friday as public holidays are exception.

Most of our products are produced at the time of order specifically for you. Your patience is important to us and we are thankful for it! :)

Once when the package leaves our building it remains in the care of DHL or the local post office of the country. LOVE TO WEAR is not responsible for mistakes caused by the courier companies. 

TRACK YOUR ORDER:
1. Login to your Love To Wear account.
2. Click Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

* Opt in to live tracking information via text message from your shipping confirmation email.

* Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable

* We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

PROCESSING TIME

We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days after payment.
Please have in mind that during holidays like Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's processing time may increase by several additional days.

STANDARD SHIPPING

As per the rate displayed at checkout

Free on all orders over $100

* USA - 7-10 business days

* EUROPE - 7 business days

* ROTW - 10 business days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you don’t like your item\s for any reason (it doesn't fit, has an imperfection, or it's just not your thing) you can submit your return for refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

* Refunds of sale\discounted orders are always issued to store credit (unless item is faulty or incorrectly sent)

* It can take up to 7 business days to issue your refund or store credit once your return is received

* Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order

* Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs
